Join us for live Zoom classes featuring Wuji Gong, the foundational form of Emei Qigong as transmitted by Grandmaster Fu Wei Zhong.
This traditional form combines movement, breath, intention, and energetic awareness to help cultivate Qi, strengthen the body, calm the mind, and deepen spiritual awareness. With regular practice, Wuji Gong can support greater balance, resilience, and sensitivity to the body’s internal energy.
The form is both meditative and physically engaging, making it suitable for students who want to develop a deeper personal practice while improving overall well-being.
Wuji Gong is taught in detail in our Emei Qigong Level 1 Seminar, where students learn the movements, principles, and energetic foundations of the complete form.

Sound Healer
Using simple breathing and coordinated movements, The Standing Form helps you connect with Universal Qi (energy) while supporting balance among the Five Elements and Yin and Yang energies.
Many practitioners begin to notice or “feel the Qi” within just a few minutes of practice. A Tibetan-style soundtrack accompanies the meditation, helping create a calm, focused atmosphere for deeper relaxation and awareness.
This Zoom Qigong session is sometimes combined with the Emei Grounding Meditation for an even more centered and balanced practice.
The Emei Qigong 5 Elements Sound Bath Healing Meditation combines the resonant vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, and other sound healing instruments with chanting of the Emei Sacred Healing Sounds and the Universal Healing Mantra.
The layered sounds and vibrations create a deeply immersive experience that can support relaxation, meditation, energetic balance, and a sense of inner stillness that may be difficult to reach through quiet meditation alone.
The primary aim of this practice is to cultivate Qi and support a healthy, balanced flow of energy throughout the body.
Consistent practice of the Emei 18 Methods encourages the smooth circulation of Qi through the meridian channels and supports the body’s vital organs and overall energetic balance.
The form can be practiced as individual movements focused on specific areas or organs, or performed as a complete flowing sequence for a more integrated Qigong practice.
We use a special Emei Qigong technique called Meta Qi Zhen to activate the Qi and help bring the group into a unified energetic field.
This shared practice is designed to strengthen the sense of connection among participants while supporting greater harmony and balance within the group energy field. As the practice develops, participants are encouraged to settle the mind, relax the body, and become more aware of the movement and presence of Qi.
Meta Qi Zhen can help create a calm, focused atmosphere that supports meditation, healing intention, and deeper energetic awareness. Practiced together, it becomes a powerful way to cultivate stillness, connection, and a stronger sense of balance within both the individual and the group.
Join us for a class that explores the healing potential of your own voice through singing, chanting, and toning. We focus on relaxed breathing, diaphragmatic support, and vocal techniques that help develop stronger tone, resonance, and greater awareness of vibration within the body.
The practice includes the Emei Qigong Sacred Healing Sounds and the Emei Universal Healing Mantra, combining breath, sound, intention, and Qi into a deeply meditative experience.
No singing experience is necessary. The emphasis is not on performance, but on using your natural voice as a tool for relaxation, energetic balance, meditation, and personal healing practice.
The Emei Qigong Grounding Meditation is designed to help you reconnect with the Earth’s energy and restore a greater sense of energetic balance and stability.
This practice encourages relaxation, present-moment awareness, and a deeper connection with the natural world. By directing the mind and Qi downward and inward, the meditation can help create a stronger sense of grounding, calm, and centeredness.
It is a simple but powerful practice for settling the mind, releasing excess tension, and reconnecting with the nurturing qualities of the Earth.
Chan meditation, often referred to as Zen meditation, is a traditional Buddhist practice centered on stillness, mindfulness, and focused awareness.
Through quiet observation and the gradual release of mental distractions, the practice helps cultivate greater concentration, clarity, and inner calm. Rather than forcing the mind to become empty, Chan meditation encourages you to observe thoughts without becoming attached to them.
Over time, this practice can support deeper awareness, emotional steadiness, and a stronger sense of inner peace
Join Master Stan Pannone, 14th Generation Emei Qigong Practitioner, for a live 40-minute morning class designed to gently awaken the body, settle the mind, and build internal Qi.
Open to all levels, this class blends Qigong movement, breathing, stretching, balance, and mindful awareness to help improve mobility, coordination, and overall energy. Each session offers a practical way to loosen the body, reduce unnecessary tension, and begin the day feeling more centered and refreshed.
The class may also include elements of Tai Chi, martial arts movement, and traditional Emei Qigong forms, creating a varied and engaging practice that supports both physical fitness and energetic cultivation.
No prior experience is needed—just come ready to move, breathe, and start your day with greater energy, focus, and balance.
Emei Qigong Foundations is a weekly live Zoom class designed to help students build strong fundamentals while continuing to deepen their understanding of Qi, movement, and internal awareness.
Each class has a different theme and blends core Emei Qigong practices such as Wuji Gong, the 18 Methods, The Standing Form, Sacred Healing Sounds, breathing techniques, and short Emei Micro Trainings. These focused practices help develop posture, alignment, coordination, relaxed movement, and a greater sensitivity to the flow of Qi.
The class also includes Tai Chi foundations with Ken Hoffman, exploring principles such as rooting, balance, alignment, softness, and whole-body connection that complement and strengthen Emei Qigong practice.
Beginner-friendly yet offering plenty of depth for experienced students, Emei Qigong Foundations provides a practical way to build your base, refine your skills, and develop a more consistent personal practice.
Live Tuesdays at 4:00 PM Phoenix, Arizona time.
Zoom Qigong Seminars
This Seminar is now offered as three separate workshops. It teaches foundational theory, healing techniques, understanding empowered objects, and more. Wuji Gong the foundational form of Emei Qigong - is studied in depth.
These teachings can support your practice for a lifetime.

Clearing the Energetic Root Cause of Disease
This seminar shows you how to clear the energetic root cause of disease. When you know how energy is stored in the body, then you can read a person’s symptoms and know where the energy needs to be released. Once the underlying cause is cleared in the body, then the outward manifestation of disease will cease.
This seminar/Workshop is now offered as two 2½-hour half-day sessions and teaches four levels of fasting in a natural, step-by-step way, supported by specific energetic practices. Day 1 focuses on TCM Food Therapy and the foundations of BiGu. Day 2 is dedicated to BiGu teachings and practice.
BiGU fasting puts the stomach in a state of hibernation and activates other systems to nourish the body.
By using a mind intention and this deep healing guided meditation, you can "let go" of whatever no longer serves you. There is an expression in Emei Qigong, where the mind goes the energy will follow. (Also available for individuals) - Advanced Students Only
This special 45 minute guided meditation uses the Emei Universal Mantra as a foundation. The healing is driven by the energy of the mantra. The power of repeated chanting of the mantra by an experienced qigong master cannot be overstated.
First the facilitator enters into a deep state of Wuji. Then there is a visualization and mind intention, followed by close to 45 minutes of intense chanting.
Stan Pannone uses traditional Emei Qigong Healing Techniques along with 5 Elements Sound Healing Meditation (Therapy) in his private practice.
He is also available for private and group healing and training sessions by appointment.
