Meditation takes practice! The good news is it can be learned and once you understand the concepts, the benefits are enormous. It is not always bliss. It is like life, beautiful in its own imperfections. One thing is a given, the harder it is for you to settle into a state of true empty, or a deep state of meditation, the more it would benefit you.

Practicing meditation and having the tools to gently work your way through an overactive mind, is all part of the process. When you acquire the skills and have the patience to bring yourself into a state of what is sometimes called “heart coherence”, you have made great strides in terms of health and overall well-being. You will also establish a greater feeling of calmness and relaxation.
