Wellness teachers, coaches, studio owners, mind-body practitioners (Qigong, Tai Chi, Yoga), bloggers, podcasters, newsletter authors, and supportive students/fans.
How do I apply?
Click Apply to the Partner Program on this page and complete the AffiliateWP application form (2 minutes). We review applications quickly and email you.
How long does approval take?
Usually within a few business days. We’re real humans and may ask a quick follow-up if we need more info.
What commission do I earn?
20% on digital products (courses, audios, workshops) and 10% on physical products. Physical items ship to USA only.
How are sales tracked?
You’ll get a unique referral link. When someone clicks your link and buys, the sale is credited to you.
How long do clicks track? (Cookie length)
60 days. If someone clicks your link today and purchases within 60 days, you earn the commission (as long as another affiliate didn’t get the last click).
Which click gets credit if there are multiple links?
Last click wins. The most recent affiliate link before purchase gets the commission.
Can I use custom links to specific pages?
Yes. In your Affiliate Area you can create “pretty” or deep links to any public page (product, course, or event page).
Do you offer coupon codes tied to my account?
Yes—on request. If we assign you a code, anyone who uses it at checkout credits the sale to you (even without a link,
within reason).
How and when do I get paid?
We pay monthly on the 15th (America/Phoenix) via Direct Deposit (ACH) or Zelle. Choose your method after approval.
Is there a minimum payout?
Yes, $20. If your balance is under $20, it rolls over to the next month.
How do I set up payouts? Is it secure?
After approval we’ll send a secure setup:
- ACH: submit bank details through a secure form (never by email).
- Zelle: provide your Zelle-enrolled email or phone.
What happens with refunds or chargebacks?
If an order is refunded or voided, the related commission is reversed.
Can I earn commission on my own purchases?
No—self-purchases do not qualify.
Do physical products ship outside the USA?
No. Physical products are USA-only. Digital products are available worldwide.
What promos are not allowed?
- Spam or misleading claims
- “Coupon/discount only” sites scraping codes
- Paid search bidding on our brand names (Emei Qigong Harmony, Healing With Qi, etc.)
- Impersonating our brand or staff
What promotions are encouraged?
Genuine shares—emails to your list, social posts, blog reviews, class/studio links, podcast mentions, and resource pages on your site.
Can I use your images and copy?
Yes. Use assets from our Resources page or official product pages. Please don’t alter logos or claim medical cures.
Where do I find my stats and links?
Log in to your Affiliate Area to see clicks, referrals, unpaid earnings, and to generate links.
How do I change my payout method later?
Contact us and we’ll send the appropriate secure update link (ACH) or update your Zelle handle.
Can international affiliates join?
Yes for digital promotions. Payouts currently support US-based banking (ACH) or Zelle accounts. If you’re outside the US, we can hold your balance until we arrange an alternative.
Will you change terms later?
We may update commission rules or assets to keep things fair and effective. We’ll notify active affiliates of any important changes.
