The Emei Grounding Meditation Audio is very similar to a mindfulness meditation. But it adds an extra element. By using the feet to feel physically rooted to the ground and anchoring to your breath, we go a step further and use guided imagery to feel a connection to nature. You connect in a way that you can actually “feel “the resonances from Mother Earth

In our modern society, we no longer sleep on the ground or walk barefoot everywhere we go, like our ancestors did. We wear shoes and live in houses that shelter us from the elements but in doing so, we’ve disconnected ourselves from this important source of earth energy (Qi). The Emei Qigong Grounding Meditation focuses on realigning your electrical energy by reconnecting to the earth.

Using principles from the Absorbing the Qi from Earth Section from the Wuji Gong Form, along with vibrational sounds and guided imagery, you can relax and focus your mind and energy on the present, while feeling rooted to the stabilizing properties of Mother Earth.

By practicing with the Emei Grounding Meditation Audio, you will experience drawing important Earth Qi through your Yongquan (K1) points on the bottom of your feet that travels all the way up to your Lower Dantian.

The Yongquan Point, also called Bubbling Springs, is the lowest and most yin part of the body and is in continual contact with the yin energy of the earth. By connecting with our Earth Energy (Qi), this
guided meditation will help with yin deficiencies in the body, enhance vitality in the Kidneys and strengthen your pre-birth Qi.
