What you Receive

Weekly Live Qigong Zoom Classes

Train live each week in a supportive group setting. You’ll work with core Emei Qigong forms, grounding practices, healing meditations, and sound-based techniques — all with real-time guidance and gentle correction. Whenever you can’t attend live, you’ll be able to stay connected through the recorded class replays.

Recorded Zoom Classes - Visit Anytime

Missed a class or want to repeat a practice you enjoyed? The Library includes a growing collection of recorded Zoom sessions. You can pause, rewind, and practice along at your own pace — perfect for deepening a favorite form or revisiting a healing meditation when you need it most.

Micro Trainings for Specific Needs

The Emei Qigong Micro Trainings are short, focused lessons for specific organs and patterns — such as Lung support, grounding for worry (Spleen/Earth), or Kidney support for deep rest. You can use them seasonally (for example, Lung practice in Autumn) or anytime that area needs extra care. Each session is easy to repeat, so you can come back to it whenever you need extra support.

Qigong Forms: Wuji Gong, Standing Form, and 18 Methods

Learn the core forms of Emei Qigong in a clear, approachable way. The Library includes support for Wuji Gong, The Standing Form (“Feeling the Qi”), and the Emei 18 Methods — with explanations, guided practice, videos, and links to more in-depth study when you’re ready to go further.

Five Elements & Healing Sounds Practice

Explore the connection between the organs, emotions, and the Five Elements. The Library includes teachings on the Emei Healing Sounds, Five Elements charts, and guided practices that weave sound, intention, and movement together to help balance the Heart, Lungs, Liver, Spleen/Stomach, and Kidneys.

Sound Healing & Restorative Audio Sessions

You’ll have access to sound-based meditations that use gongs, singing bowls, and chimes, including the Emei Qigong 5 Element Sound Healing Meditation and a soundtrack that supports The Standing Form practice. These sessions are especially helpful when you need deep rest, and emotional release,

Member Spotlight

“That’s a pretty comprehensive compendium of information! I love the sound bath meditation. I previously had it only on my phone, so now I can play it through the Bose system. How awesome is that! This collection is a gift to all who want to pursue Emei Qi Gong in its many expressions. Thank you, Stan!!!”

Guided by the Emei Qigong Lineage

All teachings in this Library are rooted in the Emei Qigong system as transmitted by Grandmaster Fu Wei Zhong and shared here by Master Stan Pannone, 14th Generation lineage holder. The focus is always on safe, gradual cultivation — learning how to work with Qi in a grounded, compassionate way for yourself and, over time, for others.
