The Standing Form … Emei’s Grounding Meditation
The Standing Form is great for beginners and anyone who wants to fine tune the movements and breathing of this energizing form.
In just 3~5 minutes you will be able to feel very strong Qi sensations. This practice nourishes and energizes your internal organs, and makes them more efficient and effective.
The Emei Grounding Meditation uses principles from the “Absorbing the Qi” from Earth Section from the Wuji Gong Form, along with vibrational sounds and guided imagery. This mediation allows you to relax and focus your mind and energy on the present, while feeling rooted to the stabilizing properties of Mother Earth.
