Each movement involves synchronized breath, purposeful movements, and the use of healing sounds. These techniques work together to activate and harmonize our main energy centers for balance and vitality.
The Emei Grounding Meditation uses principles from the “Absorbing the Qi” from Earth Section from the Wuji Gong Form, along with vibrational sounds and guided imagery.
This mediation allows you to relax and focus your mind and energy on the present, while feeling rooted to the stabilizing properties of Mother Earth.
