Emei Qigong Foundations (Build Your Base)
This is your weekly foundation-builder—perfect for beginners and powerful for experienced students who want to refine structure, breathing, and feeling the Qi.
Each class has its own theme, giving you an exciting opportunity to experience what Emei Qigong offers on every level—from alignment and breath, to internal connection and energy awareness.

What You'll Practice Each Week

Our weekly flow blends three core pillars: Wuji Gong foundations woven throughout class to build posture, alignment, and relaxed power; 18 Methods as a key practice to develop strength, coordination, and smooth Qi flow; and the Standing Form to deepen sensitivity and help you truly feel the Qi.
Weekly Themes and Emei Micro Training
A highlight of each session is Emei Micro Training—short, focused skill-building segments using Emei movements and the Sacred Healing Sounds to cultivate balance, clarity, and steady energy. These are simple, practical methods you can repeat at home.
Tai Chi Foundations with Ken Hoffman
Each class also features Tai Chi foundation building with Ken Hoffman (Tai Chi Teacher and Emei Level 3 Practitioner), bringing internal principles—rooting, alignment, relaxation, and whole-body connection—so your Qigong training becomes more stable, efficient, and powerful week by week.
These Tai Chi principles blend naturally with Emei Qigong, giving students a deeper understanding of how to move with balance, softness, structure, and internal awareness.
